This free, 5-week virtual series will focus on different aspects of emotions and coping skills, and provide a safe space for teens (ages 14-18) to share their experiences.
The group will meet Tuesdays from 4:30-5:15pm.
Note: This group is meant for youth education and community support; it is not a clinical therapy program nor will the instructor be acting in a clinical capacity. Registration is required. This is a closed group – teens register for the whole series, and registration will close before the series begins or once maximum registration is reached. There is no cost to participate. By registering, you are agreeing to maintain privacy for all attendees, and confirm that you are at least 14 years of age.
We will be using GoToMeeting for these workshops. Links and passwords will be shared only with registered teens.
