Need some tools to cope with stressful home life?
Come learn about breathing techniques, mindfulness, calming movements in yoga, and gentle exercise as coping tools. Learn self-care approaches. All experience levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Journals will be provided, as well as yoga mats and props for use at Old Mill Center.
The class is taught by Kusra Kapuler, a skills trainer at Old Mill Center and a certified yoga instructor. She has been teaching meditative movement and yoga for 13 years.
