A program providing resources and intensive in-home support for high-risk, first-time parents
The mission of the Healthy Start program is to prevent child abuse by strengthening the families of firstborn children through intensive home visiting services, and to provide support and information during the early critical years of their child's life. The program is free and voluntary.

Rally Around Families Together (RAFT) Program
Therapeutic early childhood program for at-risk children (ages birth-3). Comprehensive early intervention services include a variety of parent education options, family strengthening and preservation programs, criminal involvement prevention, special education, advocacy, and substance abuse assessment, counseling, treatment and support, intensive home visiting, and therapeutic classrooms in collaboration with the Corvallis Public Library, Linn-Benton Community College, Benton County Commission on Children and Families and Old Mill Center for Children and Families.
