Old Mill Center for Children and Families is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides services to address the educational, social, emotional, and family needs of a diverse population of children. Our unique range of services allows us to provide multi-leveled, individualized and group support to at-risk children (ages birth to 18) and their families. Our services include:
Healthy Start
A program providing resources and intensive in-home support for high-risk, first-time parents
The mission of the Healthy Start program is to prevent child abuse by strengthening the families of firstborn children through intensive home visiting services, and to provide support and information during the early critical years of their child's life. The program is free and voluntary.

Integrated Preschool Program
A unique preschool model for children (ages 3-6), integrating special-needs kids into the mainstream classroom. National Association for Education of Young Children accredited programs. The curriculum is specially adapted, staffed and organized for the optimum benefit of all children.

- Extended daycare $700/month
- 2 half-days each week $165/month

Intensive Treatment Services
The Intensive Treatment program offers individual, family, and group mental health treatment and educational services for children (ages 3-7). Severe social, emotional, and behavioral challenges prevent these children from functioning successfully in typical preschool, childcare or public school programs.
- Psychiatric Day Treatment Program - Certified and funded by the State Mental Health Division to provide day treatment for preschool children with serious emotional challenges (ages 3-6)
- Parent Education Programs - Focusing on building parenting skills through support, information, and involvement in the child’s development (ages birth-18)
- Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management (ages 2-18)

Occupational Therapy Program
Occupational and Speech Therapy Program services include assessment, treatment and referrals as indicated for children
(ages birth-16). Services are designed to help children develop to their greatest potential and highest level of independence.

Rally Around Families Together! (RAFT) Program
Therapeutic early childhood program for at-risk children (ages birth-3). Comprehensive early intervention services include a variety of parent education options, family strengthening and preservation programs, criminal involvement prevention, special education, advocacy, and substance abuse assessment, counseling, treatment and support, intensive home visiting, and therapeutic classrooms.
Outpatient Mental Health Services
Primary provider of individual counseling for Benton County children & adolescents, dealing with issues surrounding family violence, sexual abuse, depression, abandonment & parental abuse of drugs or alcohol, school failure, self harm, grief, loss and divorce, children living in foster care.
- School Based Counseling - Provide on-site services to Corvallis, Alsea, and Philomath school districts
- Family and Parent/Guardian Counseling - Our supportive and educational group and individual counseling focuses on the stabilization of families, and on improving participants' self-sufficiency and problem-solving skills in order to avoid aggression and violence. This program includes groups for incarcerated parents.
- Court Mandated Co-Parenting Program - Program to support parents and children through the trauma of divorce and help parents address their children’s needs during and after divorce
- Psychiatric Evaluation and Medication Management (ages 2-18)
- ChildSafe Program - Provides treatment for children/adolescents who have been sexually abused and provides support for their families (ages 2-18)
- Children's Grief Program - Support groups for children and families who have been affected by death
