Administration

Billy Vandergaw, IT & Facilities Manager

Billy brings a wealth of experience to Old Mill Center as an accomplished IT and Facilities Manager. With over two decades of experience spanning various roles, including retail management systems, customer service, website design, and sales management, Billy has honed his skills in HR/payroll systems, maintenance service, vendor contracting, and IT management for small to medium-sized businesses.

As the IT & Facilities Manager and Chair of the Safety Committee at Old Mill Center’s Corvallis, Monroe, and Albany locations, Billy is dedicated to ensuring that the organization’s facilities are safe, welcoming, and conducive to improving the lives of clients. His expertise in managing technology tools has also enabled him to safeguard the organization’s systems, ensuring that they function optimally while maintaining the utmost security.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Billy delights in crafting the perfect BBQ burger, fishing for trout in Oregon’s pristine waters, and adventuring through the Pacific Northwest alongside his loyal pet dog, Oscar. He is also an accomplished OSU Journeyman Beekeeper, driven by a passion for educating preschool children on bee anatomy, communication, and essential beekeeping tools during spring learning events at the Old Mill Center.

She first worked in advertising, marketing and corporate communications, writing award-winning ads and promotional pieces for colleges, banks, tech companies and nonprofits. She later attained her Master’s of Library Science degree and served children, teens and families as a public librarian for 15 years.

Mary Beth loves being outdoors – especially kayaking, paddleboarding, gardening, camping and riding her e-bike. Indoors, she likes crafting, DIY, reading, watching movies and spending quality time with friends. She enjoys singing lead in a barbershop “moretet” and is a member of Altrusa of Corvallis.
