Administration & Development Team

Administration

Billy Vandergaw, IT & Facilities Manager

Billy brings a wealth of experience to Old Mill, with over 20 years of experience in retail management systems, customer service, website design, and sales management. Billy ensures that our facilities are safe and welcoming, and that our technology functions optimally and maintains the utmost security.

In his spare time, Billy enjoys crafting the perfect BBQ burger, fishing for trout in Oregon’s pristine waters, and adventuring through the PNW with his loyal dog Oscar. He is also an OSU Journeyman Beekeeper, and enjoys teaching our preschoolers about bees and beekeeping.

Susan Richard, Human Resources Specialist

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Susan is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, connected, and valued. She enjoys bringing people together, finding practical solutions, and helping make the workplace a more enjoyable and meaningful place to be. “I’m grateful to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the community,” she says.

Outside of work, Susan tends to a lively crew of animals on her ranch—which keeps her life both full and fun!

Evelyn Tokar, Accounting Administrator

Evelyn recently moved with her family to Corvallis from Ukraine. She has a long-term connection to Corvallis through the Sister city association from her high school days.

Development

Jessica Lleras, Development Manager

Jessica comes to Old Mill with extensive background in event planning, client relations, project management and sales. She has a passion for providing resources to local communities and small businesses.

Jessica grew up in Corvallis and recently moved back to be closer to family. In her spare time, she loves hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, wine tasting and exploring Oregon.

Mary Beth Earley, MLS, Communications & Events Specialist

Mary Beth brings skills from two separate careers to Old Mill. She first worked in advertising, marketing and corporate communications, writing award-winning ads and promotional pieces for colleges, banks, tech companies and nonprofits. Later, she served children, teens and families as a public librarian for 15 years.

Mary Beth loves being outdoors – especially kayaking, paddleboarding, gardening, camping and riding her e-bike. Indoors, she likes crafting, DIY, reading, watching movies and good times with friends. She is a member of the service organization Altrusa of Corvallis.

Elise Clark, Social Media Specialist

Elise brings a strong background in graphic design and photography to their role at Old Mill. Passionate about creativity and storytelling, they enjoy finding engaging ways to connect with the community. Outside of work, Elise loves traveling—whether exploring far-off places or discovering something new close to home. A history enthusiast and lifelong learner, Elise is always eager to dive into new projects. They enjoy spending free time doing photography, watercolor painting, and various DIY crafts.
